Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship to the continental US via USPS and FedEx. We do not ship internationally due to manufacture regulations. 

Free shipping is offered for standard orders over $100.  Orders that are under $100 ship at a flat rate of $10.65 via ground shipping.

Oversized and bulky items ship for $20 flat rate.

Not all products on our website are eligible for shipping.  Certain items such as canoes, kayaks and bikes are available for in store pickup only. 

Orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  Orders placed outside of normal business hours will ship within 24hours of reopening.  You will receive tracking information once the order has been processed for shipping.

Instore Pickup

Items are available for instore pickup within 24 hours of the purchase.  You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.  Must provide proof of purchase at time of pick up.

 

Returns

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Returns or exchanged items need to be new, unworn and in the original condition.  Items with missing parts or damaged will not be accepted.  Any returns over 30 days may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.  NO refunds or exchanges on Special Orders. Exchanges are subject to current availability. 

Original shipping cost will not be refunded.  Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Return payments will be issued in the form of payment that was received.  Returns typically take 5 business days to process and appear on your account.
